Wuzhi amplifier Bluetooth- Wuzhi app

Hello.

I bought the amplifier with Bluetooth ZK-1001B from Wuzhi. I want to change the Bluetooth name, which should work with the Wuzhi Audio app. As soon as I want to add the amplifier in the app, the app crashes. Does anyone else have this problem or am I doing something wrong? I am using an Android device as my phone. Thank you very much for your help

Welcome to the forum.

Personally I have never heard of this brand. I've just looked it up, and it is not the typical type of device discussed here. You may find that no-one else on this forum has used it.

I would suggest contacting the manufacturer or supplier for help - or trying to find a user to user forum for this specific type of device.

Also try the usual app troubleshooting in android, such as clearing the cache, or uninstalling and re-installing the app.

EDIT : there is a thread here about the 1002 version. Perhaps ask in that thread, or DM some of the members there who own this type of device.
