Would a surround speaker upgrade be worth it?

Currently have all klipsch with a SVS pb2000pro sub.

Rf-62ii towers
RP-504c center (upgraded from rc-52ii)
Rs-42ii surrounds

Considering upgrading these surrounds with 4" woofers to larger RP-502s surrounds which have 5.25" woofers.

Would it be worth it?
