Wondom Jab5 4 Channel Double Tda7498E DSP Integrated Amplifier Bi-amp Aptx-HD Fir Crossover

And unfortunately he also had to tell me that the JAB5 does not support it.

That's a real pity. :(
but also no real problem because in that case you can connect two additional Bluetooth modules that meet your requirements

That's true (via I2S then), but I would then have to connect the two speakers with a cable. That makes the Bluetooth option a bit absurd.

Oh, sorry, i think i didn't understand you correctly. Do you have any Bluetooth module in mind wich have this feature (TWS)? A I2S-connection would be nice. :)

Actually I found solution,my Samsung s22 ultra has this dual audio option

There is a video on YouTube with explanation:

So with android phone this is possible, just connect to two jab5 units and it should work.

So I got both esp32 wrover and s3 modules and it was pain in the @$$,but I've managed to get it work with jab5

I found easiest way to copy FIR file to squeezedsp, just copy your file into downloads folder and in termux/Debian terminal run these 2 commands:

cd storage/downloads

cp firfilename.wav /var/lib/squeezeboxserver/prefs/SqueezeDSP/Impulses

change ,,firfilename.wav"

to your fir file name.

Hi guys,
New forum member here. :)
I have been using biamped diy speakers, using minidcp (not HD) and TPA3255 amps. The problem is the basic minidsp with its 0,9V output, and trading in for the HD version, while being a very elegant solution, it is quite expensive and not diy enough, so I came across this board and this thread. Because I never ever had any business with I2S stuff, I have no idea how to make the most out of it. At the moment, I have a DAC, its output connected to the minidsp, and that is it.
Is the RCA to i2s board necessary? In one of their videos, wondom even says to use the analogue board's analog input if possible.
Can someone suggest the best possible way to connect my dac to the JAB5? Is there any input selector circuit that outputs to i2s or should I just use the builtin ADC?

Can someone suggest the best possible way
Best way is to avoid unnecessary conversion, currently you have dac>adc>dac>amp setup, too much conversion, best way is to transfer digital signal straight to jab5 with i2s protocol, this board has usb to i2s pass-through,so you wont need to use your own dac:

But I also use optical and analog.

They have i2s to spdif and reversed converter and adc to i2s on their website.

So If I wanted to ditch my DAC, I would need one of these SPDIf to i2s, and one USB to i2s boards, and If I still wanted to use my turntable sometimes, I would also need the rca to i2s? How is al lthis connected and how do I select the input?

You will need 6 pin cable, just connect it to i2s input on jab5,in sigma studio 5,6 inputs are i2s,make sure jab5 is in slave mode and converter is set to master mode.

Seriously,if you don't have lossless music collection, best way is to use jab5 integrated Bluetooth for transferring audio to it.

I just took the plunge and ordered the jab5, icp5 and the ADC that you have. It will be the easiest to put together at first. Plus I never really use bluetooth. :)
Thank you for your help.

Today I recieved the amp, ADC and ICP5. Everything looks well built.
I don't want to start learning Sigma studio right away, so Wondom's software will have to do. I just can't quite find the routing diagram for default setting. I need to know which speaker ports are left, and which are right. Do you know without looking it up? :)

So, I've ordered everything I think I need for a small two-way project with a Faital Pro 4FE35 and a HiVi M8a.
I've already played around a bit with SigmaStudio version 4.7 and created a design that I hope will work.

I think the TinySine Board are able to use TWS

You can add dc block module at the beggining, just incase,it will block dc on input.
Hi Roman,
what would be the advantage?
It would only be for Security, right?
