Wiring for internal connection between DAC and Amp

Long story short i am trying to reproduce this

Unfortunately not, its rather difficult to buy just 6 inches of wire

In any case, don't sweat the hookup wire, it's not even vaguely critical.

I *hope* that's a joke.

To the OP: cheap copper or tinned copper in PVC will work absolutely fine. The audiofool obsession with silver-in-Teflon can actually degrade performance in some cases.

The wire would be fine. I'd probably go with 22 awg if it were me, but not for sound reasons. Even stranded if working inside a small enclosure 22 awg is easier to bend around the way you want it to fit.

If I wanted to show it off I might even go with the teflon as the semi clear teflon around silver wire looks really cool. Won't sound any better. And can be tribo-electric in some instances, but likely not a problem inside a case.
