Wiring Center Channel with outboard amp from AVR

Had to break down my system to get my room painted and I'm reassembling everything. I have a Denon AVR 4800 and I ran the center channel through an outboard amp. I seem to recall that I used the two left channel out puts of the of the amp to the center speaker??? It looks like there is only one center channel output from the AVR- is that all I use from an input to the Center speaker? Thanks.

The center is one channel, independent from left & right. You can feed it to the left or right channel of a stereo amplifier. The other amplifier channel might be unused or you could use it for a passive subwoofer.
