Pinot Noirs are either well made or they suck, this one was remarkable.

Happened to have 3 all-time favorites tonight. Prestige Muscadet doesn't get the love it deserves (Hardy, Bretaudeau, Vincent Caille, the Pepiere crus...)... honestly it's most of what I want to drink these days. Ulli Stein's Mosel Cab Vom Berg makes me giddy every time. And every once in a while a stupidly priced Burgundy makes you feel not so stupid for buying it.
