I tried hooking up my converter box using Optical audio cables and it did nothing , in fact it made it much worse since I was now getting more random noises with my monitors.

I was looking into the Fiio ZD3 to hook up to my PC and my Kali Audio IN-8 v2s. Would that help get rid of all the computer and gpu noise it's picking up? I think my speakers are even picking up my bluetooth mouse?

Feed the DAC via Optical, power it from a good quality phone charger, connect it to your monitors via XLR, and if using Windows set playback to Wasapi Exclusive/ASIO, to maximize your chances of noise-free playback.

Yea but I already had that problem with optical. You think it's the power supply? I wish I didn't toss out the optical converter I had for my xduoo 2 amp..it would have been a nice test to see if that would have had the same noise issues too.

I have another 5 days to return these Kali speakers..I really love them but I'm wondering if I should just get some other powered speakers that aren't monitors so I'm not dealing with all these noise issues..

But the Kali's sound soooooo good..the way they present the sound is different than other speakers.. maybe you can tell me the term for it? I've heard other great sounding speakers but maybe I'm talking about forward projection? Is that what it is, cause thats the best way I can describe it.
