Will AD conversion affect the room calibration results?

I have a Neumann MA1, a Topping E1X2 OTG, and a pair KH120II.
The connections are as follows:
PC and ma1 software(USB)>Topping E1X2 (analog signal) > AD converter (SPDIF signal) > KH120II (SPDIF input).
I'd like to ask: Does the distortion introduced by the AD converter and the delay between DA > A/D > D/A significantly affect the calibration signal? Will this ultimately affect the measurement results of the calibration software? Is this connection appropriate? Should I also buy an E2X2 (which has a TOSLINK output) for this purpose?

It should not be a problem. But why not just connect the E1X2 directly to the KH120II? It does have an analog input.
 
Unless you're clipping (analog or digital) everything should be fine. Distortion will be way lower than speaker distortion and although the A/D converter itself won't introduce delay, there are buffers in the computer that ALWAYS introduce latency (delay) and I'm sure the software takes care of that.

Analog and acoustic levels are virtually never calibrated.

I initially calibrated the speakers using the analog inputs, so I bought the E1X2, which only offers OTG and analog outputs. Later, I discovered limitations in the MA1 software. If I calibrate using the analog inputs, I can only play the calibrated sound through the analog inputs. Switching to the digital inputs results in no sound, which I prefer.

Sorry to bother you again. I have another question. The E1X2 has a headphone amplifier output. I originally planned to connect it to the AD converter and then to the KH120II. Will this damage the equipment or cause other problems? I think attenuating the level a bit should be fine, but I'm not sure.

A second option is to use the 6.35 trs outputs on the E1X2's rear panel, but they are balanced, and my AD converter only has unbalanced RCA inputs. Will connecting them incorrectly affect the measurement? Perhaps I should buy a balanced-to-unbalanced converter, or is that unnecessary?
