I would JUMP on this if it had preamp line out for all possible channels

and/or allowed to be used as mono Center driven by a non-Wiim system.

Otherwise just a walled garden come-on, forcing use of their ecosystem, proprietary speakers only.

Why not allow DTS:Neural:X upmixing from all 2ch source inputs?

Dolby Surround upmixing only ? Lame

I wonder if WiiM will deploy a variant of their 'Sound' loudspeaker (WiiM Sound Pro ?) to add a Dolby Height channel for a 5.1.4 configuration.

I think at the moment it would support Sub Pro and WiiM Sound as surrounds only not even Audio Pro A10 MkII. I would not be surprised if they eventually allow other WiiM speakers, or WiiM Streamer/Amp connected to one's own speakers to work with the bar.
