Why is the sound particularly low, almost inaudible, when connecting Wiim Pro Plus to an iPhone via WiFi, and then connecting Plus RCA to Kali In8, even though both the phone and Plus are at maximum volume?

Did you enable the IN-8's RCA input using the DIP switches on the IN-8's rear panel?

Thank you so much! The problem has been solved successfully. By the way, what do 'RCA IN (-10 dBV)', 'TRS IN (+4 dBu)', and 'XLR IN (+4 dBu)' mean on the audio ? Do I need to adjust anything?

The numbers tell you how much voltage you need to input to reach 94dB SPL with the volume knob set to +0dB.

TRS and XLR usually carry about twice the voltage of RCA, hence the different values.

Do I need to adjust anything?
No.

No.
I bought SMSL DO100 Pro and Wiim Pro Plus, and connected them via WIFI or Bluetooth with kali in8. How can I measure the sound quality difference between the two very well. Thanks

Between WiFi and Bluetooth, or between the WiiM and SMSL?

Between the WiiM and SMSL
To measure the sound quality of analog output devices, a sufficiently transparent recording device would be required.

Something like the E1DA Cosmos ADC.

If you don't use equipment to monitor, can you only rely on your ears to tell which is better?
