First song is only 14 seconds long. Can you confirm that there is no such issue when songs are quite long?
Your log is similar to mine when I've tested gapless playback using very short songs. With "normal" ones everything is fine, but playback stops when song is short. As a result you get "guessing missed nextURI (null)" in the log.
Looks like it still has to be improved to be able to operate with few seconds songs.

@WiiM Support , can you try to fix the behavior in such scenario?

I've never used Roon nor have plans to use it in foreseeable future. Do I have a permission to continue my miserable life?

I updated to WiiM firmware 4.6.430138 dated 9 / 22 / 2022. Below are my observations.
1. Audirvana UPnP streaming is improved from version 4.6.429354.
However, if you use the fast forward button in Audirvana to move to the next track WiiM is unable to recognize the command 50% of the time. So you keep hitting the forward button until Wiim 4.6.430138 finally recognizes the command. If this could be fixed UPnP would be in pretty good shape.

2. I notice the Wiim app will show what Audirvana is playing but it will not show the audio resolution. That's not a big deal as Audirvana displays the audio file resolution details.

3. When playing Dronning Fjellrose, Quiet Winter Nights Hoof Ensemble 24/352.8kHz, Audirvana senses the Wiim 24/192 kHz limit and auto converts the resolution to be acceptable by Wiim. It works most of the time but occasionally sends static to the DAC or crashes Audirvana. :D

Set the limit in Audirvana itself - limit to 192 kHz

Thanks for all the help. I started the album on track two and it works fine, so maybe something with the short intro track was causing problems.

I also tried everyone's favorite, Dark Side of the Moon, and gapless seemed OK too!

Interesting update from exaSound about "native user experience" Qobuz support. They make it clear it is different to 3rd party

Hard to know if this is just their control app (like WiiM Home app) or if it is the first 'Qobuz Connect' where you use the Qobuz app directly.

Does or has anyone have their Mini working off a IPhone hot spot so you could DAC out to a car AUX input? CarPlay not always perfect sound ;)
I tried to no avail. If you auto has it’s own WiFi it works.

Control app like WiiM Home, surely. There is zero information from Qobuz about 'Qobuz Connect', that would be announced instantly if available.

Here is how it works. You need to connect a TV or HDMI monitor to your exaSound Delta server or streaming DAC. Many customers have already done that to use the Roon Display feature. Make sure that you are connecting the correct HDMI or DVI port as described in your Owner's manual. If you are not sure, try both ports. You also need to connect a wireless USB keyboard and a mouse. It is convenient to use a keyboard/mouse pair that shares the same wireless receiver. You will see the exaSound Web user interface. Go to the General Settings page, scroll down to the bottom and enable "Web Streaming via HDMI". The screen will refresh and you will see a column of icons along the left edge of the display. Use the new icons the way you use any Web browser. You will see the traditional navigation buttons, zoom controls and the icon shortcuts for YouTube, YouTube Music, Qobuz and TuneIn. The exaSound logo button will allow you to get back to the exaSound Web UI settings pages. Use the F11 on the keyboard to cancel full-screen mode. You can create accounts and login to each streaming service.

Sounds like they're running Chromium browser on their servers/dacs, and using the <audio> html tag with the native web apps for these services. Nuttin' fancy...

I'm having an issue using Deezer and Tidal. All songs are coming in at anywhere from 850-1000 kbps. I understand that the FLAC coming in is compressed, but why isn't WIIM decompressing them to their full bit rate? Anyone know what is happening?

What you're seeing is the FLAC file effective bitrate which is lossless but without the redudant data and has a VARIABLE bitrate from 640kb/s to up to a maximum 1141kb/s (for a 16 bit 44.1KHz stream without any data reduction). Absolutely normal. Works in a similar way as zip or rar computer files, bit for bit true to the source after decompression.

WiiM always presents source audio file bitrate before decoding.

So is the issue that the FLAC itself isn't up to its full potential? In other words, is 1411kbps the maximum for a FLAC, but the files I'm seeing aren't actually mastered at that bit rate? (not sure if mastered is the right word but I think you know what I mean). Because that's where my confusion is coming in, I assumed every file would be 1411 because that seems to be implied in all the advertising for Deezer and Tidal.

If the file would remain at a CONSTANT 1411kb/s rate, then there's no justification to compress it into FLAC, there's no advantage vs an uncompressed PCM file such as those recorded on CD.

1411 kbps is a constant bitrate of uncompressed 44.1 / 16 stereo wav file. Compressed flac file has lower bitrate because of its compression rate.
Bitrate can be presented for the content before or after decoding. WiiM shows the bitrate before decoding.
