Why would anyone pay $9k for a sub? Honestly…

In the past DIRAC has had a trial period.
From what I gathered, now you need to buy the license and then can cancel within 30 days. So kind of like trial period, only your cash is theirs in the meantime. Don't think there is much risk that cash would not come back if license is canceled (have at least not heard of such case), but still not quite the same as traditional free of charge trial period.
 
Sounds good. I am assuming the license is for one PC only. As I use several PCs for playback, I guess, if I like it, I could opt for Dirac on the main system and MathAudio on the other. Thanks.
I have not tried it but I believe you can use DIRAC on more than one computer, just not at the same time. The way it works is the app on the PC has to be logged into a DIRAC server to work and the actual filter calculation are actually performed on the DIRAC server, not your local machine. I believe if you log off DIRAC on one machine you can log on with another machine. Maybe someone knows for sure.
