Why music on tiktok sound better?

Hi I have a serious question.
Why music on tiktok sound better? I know it is louder than streaming apps, but it is not just louder it just sound better too, I tested it with my speakers and headphones.

If anybody have information about how tiktok stream its music? I mean do they get the music from spotify or any other app and if tiktok process it differently or play it ok different frequency?

Louder sounds better. Oftentimes small changes in volume aren't perceived as an increase in loudness but instead as simply sounding "better". This is why precise SPL matching is important when performing listening tests, otherwise the content that is merely a tiny bit louder will consistently be preferred.
