Anybody worried about a 3-ft, 6 ft or 10-ft piece of wire making a difference on your amps? There's not much to be concerned about as long as it's the proper gauge and it's ofc.

Oxygen-Free copper is oxygen-free copper. They may be able to twist it and get more resistance on it. That's about it.

They sell grounding boxes and take regular OFC cables and put thick braided sheaths around them with shrink wrapped ends. Just like the rest of the shark oil con-men we see so often in audio.

I do need a new AC cable, as the one for my o-scope is too short.

I'm going to spoil myself, take the existing one off the amp, put it on the o-scope, and "upgrade" the amp with this:

It's got a hospital plug, that's an upgrade from a cable security POV.
