PCM2706(USB) + CS4398(DAC)

I dont want to search driver on internet but PCM2706(no need to install driver for this USB chip) does not support 24bit, I am confused, Savitech chips may can cause problem(driver issues), I found somebody complain about Savitech but i dont know what to do.
Which one best solution ?

Usage of certain chips means nothing as far as how well the device performs as a whole. Read the reviews and measurements posted here. That is what matters the most. In majority of cases no driver is necessary in latest version of Windows. If there is, I note it.
