Give up on improving your current amp and buy a new TPA3255 amp with no pop noise. I do so because it is so cheap.
Yes, I have already bought the new TPA3255 AIYIMA A07 as you suggested, it has yet to arrive from Aliexpress, but I wanted to solve the problem of the old TPA3255, but I think it cannot be solved right? I have to wait for the new AIYIMA A07 which has no pop problems.

These "chip amps" are crazy cheap. Just buy the latest version of the Aiyima A07 from one of that company's credible sellers on eBay or AliExpress -- or leave your current amp on if you want to avoid that noise.

Aiyima-Owned AliExpress Store listing for the A07
I bought AIYIMA A07 from Aliexpress from seller AIYIMA and they told me that with the new update there is no more pop noise.

I can confirm that -- mine is perfect AFAICT.

One minor -- but IMO inexcusable -- imperfection: the left and right RCA input jacks function as they should, but the extra 3.5mm stereo input jack is wired with the left an right channels reversed. Since I only use it to connect my active sub, that's not a problem for me, but for those who want to actually use it as an input it's a pretty annoying and unnecessary quirk IMO.

I've never heard of AFAICT and IMO, what do you mean?

Aliexpress amps are 90% Chinese clones... I'd avoid both Aliexpress and ebay. The TPA is a cheap subwoofer amp. I wouldn't use it for full range hi-fi.

Why not? My Chinese-made TPA3255 power amps aren't "clones" of anything AFAICT and easily outperform the widely-acclaimed Nelson Pass designed "audiophile" Adcom GFA-535 I swore by back in the day -- and the two of them cost me less than $100 shipped from AliExpress, use very little desk space and electric power, and have never sounded anything but rock-solid and crystal clear driving my slightly-modded vintage JBLs.

Are you sure you're not just repeating what passes for received wisdom in "audiophile" circles? Asking for a friend...

Below are the personal impressions I got from using.

Good quality products.

1.AIYIMA TPA3255 Bluetooth 5.0 325Wx2
No pop noise, good sound quality, stable operation. I bought two and are using them.

2.AIYIMA TPA3251 175Wx2
No pop noise, good sound quality, stable operation. I bought two and are using them.

Products that I never recommend buying.

3.AIYIMA TPA3255 300Wx2
Violent pop noise occurs when the power is turned ON/OFF. I used it for a day and sold it.
https://ja.aliexpress.com/item/4000...earchweb0_0,searchweb201602_,searchweb201603_

4.TPA3255 300Wx2 Amplifier board
Violent pop noise occurs when the power is turned on and off. When used, the DC balance of the output vibrates greatly and shakes the speaker diaphragm. It also generates noise. When the volume is turned up, the protection circuit operates easily. The heat generated from the IC chip for power supply is severe. I bought two and threw them out three months later.

5.NFJ & FX-Audio FX-502SPRO TPA3250 70Wx2
Violent pop noise occurs when the power is turned on and off. If you raise the volume a little, the protection circuit operates easily. The heat generated from the IC chip for power supply is severe. I bought two and sold three months later.

An amplifier I would like to purchase in the future.

6. Hifi TPA3255 Class D Power amplifier board BTL High Power amp 150W +150W

Completed product of the above amplifier board

The amplifier I like most now.

SMSL SA300
Anyway, this is a very good amplifier. With 3e audio and this amp, you don't need any other. amp.

The problem detailed in item "3." (Aiyima A07?) has been fixed by the mfr. -- I bought two recently and they're both flawless AFAICT. Using a generic 48VDC 10A SMPS with an extra 1000mFd filter cap in shunt adjusted to about 50V to power both -- so far, no strain no pain in any respect.

If you say they are "clones" what do you mean by it? Do you have examples of the Clones and the originals they cloned? Do you mean the amplifiers or the chips of the amps? This amp uses the TPA3255 and it's not cheap at all. They don't use it for a Subwoofer: https://www.minidsp.com/products/streaming-hd-series/shd-power
I have seen measurements of the TPA3255 that are just as good as Icepower. So what is your statement based on?

Thank you for providing the information.
This product doesn't have pop noise protection circuit like AIYIMA A07. But recently, I got the information that this product has the same Pop noise protection circuit as A07. Your amplifier should have the additional components in the red circle in the photo.

However, the market is a mix of old and new versions. What shop did you buy from?

A model in which BT5.0 is added to this amplifier is on sale, but when I contacted AIYIMA, it was answered that the Pop noise protection circuit was not yet incorporated in this model.

"China BrandExport Store," which may just be an AliExpress "storefront" actually operated by the Aiyima folks in Shenzhen, Guangdong province. I haven't cracked open either amp -- but given the fact that they behave perfectly, I think it's safe to assume that the additional circuitry is in there.

Strange because on their Website the price is much higher than on Aliexpress. So how does it work then?
This is AIYIMA. I can tell you why. Because the price of Aliexpress can change by the country, and Aliexpress ban some country. But the official website, the price can't change by the country, because we can get your country before you order it. If we set a relatively low price and send to a relatively remote country, then we will lose money. So we set a high price, you can give us a message, and we give a code can match the price of aliexpress. Thanks.
