Thank you and I hear your arguments and point of view. It is respectable and interesting. Regarding the OP amps, I disagree : take a look @DIYaudio forum when I talked about OPA1656. / TPA3251 / 55.
Many people were doubtful about my feedback ... and since everyone equips their TPA3255 with the OPA1656 ... I imagine that beyond my subjectivity, people have therefore tested what I was relating) Too bad you are not in France, as skeptical as you may be: if you switch from the OPA1656 to a Muse 02 on the Jlester or on my updated Aiymia A04 : it's clearly audible without saying that one is better than the other. ..

In the end the OP Amps are a bit to class D what tubes are to class A)
But I agree with you ... we still have to select the right ones)
I don't doubt you have a great ear. You also have a remarkable experience with many of these amps and provide very useful insight. Since it's a science based site, many would find more comfort in ABX compares.

Please send an A04 to Amirm for testing. I have an A04 and an A07 and to my ear, the A04 sounds better. I’d love to see a comparison.

Should be interesting to understand why Aiyima has stopped the first and best version of the A04 with those Elna 2x3000uf caps and Red robe caps.
it would be really great to re-edit this version and send it to Amir!

Own both two (but the best version of A04) and sounds really better than the A07, I agree.

The rep said these caps were out of stock on the next production run, but could be of course to cut costs a bit more if they are more expensive:

FWIW, I have the cheaper Aiyima A04 (green PCB) and in stock form sounds better than the 3e audio TPA3255, with both using the same 32v5a PSU. Maybe I would need a bigger PSU for the 3255?

Hey, anybody has any experience with the four channel board LINK ?
I want to order it and use it with a 48V power supply. I was looking at the pictures and saw that they used LM7812 (by the mute header) which has max 35V. I am a little confused how this should work.

Don't know about that one but I have the one from 3e audio that is very good and max 30v.
And cheaper.

Well, there are also cheaper offers on AliExpress of the one I provided. I already have a 48V power supply and I will put two subwoofers on it so I want to have little extra power :)
Feel free to try but I don't recomnend those copys of 3e Audio. :)

A question for power supply, I am currently using the Aiyima 32V 5A for the A04. Is it worth getting a better PS?
And I read a suggested one is LRS-200-24, but as my amp setup is in open view, I am looking for something less "industrial". How about the GST220A24 or the ELG-200-24?

I made a DIY LLC PSU with a good AC filter for my A04, works fine. Ripple is good. (less than 150mv)
LLC 600W PSU /35V 8.5A.

ALLO is in work on a TPA 325x based amp. Don't know any further details. They said it is expected to come in another 2 to 4 months.

Im waiting as everyone to get one from ALLO once it's released.

Hi, go a few pages back... I shared some info and the unique picture we have for the moment )
It will be equiped with a very special low noise PSU and some Air Core Inductors, dual inputs XLR / RCA and other very innovative updates.

I can share the measurements again :

Allo TPA3255 (to be confirmed in ASR)
THD+N 5W , 1Khz 0.00014
THD+N 100W 20-20Khz 0.0097
THD+N 10W 20-20Khz 0.0091
SNR : about 117DB
