Which dithering/noise shaping is the best for further processing?

Is there any noise shaping/dithering that is particularly well-suited for fully mastered music? I need it because I have multiple requantizations in the signal chain.
 
If you want to do stuff with the signal again, you should avoid noiseshaping and use triangular PDF dither. Personally I dither the 2 LSB outputting at 24bit. 132dB is still over the capability of basically any analog gear.

e: Just realized the math doesn't work like that and depending on the dither plugin used what "1 bit" means is different. Just use the minimum dither your plugin recommends to get rid of distortion.
