90-100dB THD+N is acceptable for something that's not purpose built since the noise floor at my desk is fairly high. Could always use the apple USB-C dongle for an extra few dB!
Be careful with the dongle.
The performance is only valid for the specific model Amir tested.
I bought one to try and it is FAR under those figures.

Powerdac V2
There are some from the manufacturer. About equal power output (up to ~3.5Vrms) as E1DA 9038, more THD due to the PWM/non-chip-based design. But the PowerDAC comes with DSP/EQ features which is cool. I have one on order :)

Powerdac is completely different from 9038. Different architecture, different chips

Hi Amir,
Element M is the newest model All in One from Matrix Audio, balances price/performance and functionality when compared to the X. ($1000 cheaper) in same CNC construction.
Not have as many inputs as the Element X, with 9028PRO DAC.
The Element M is a DAC, streamer and player with a powerful headphone Amplifier too. What about SINAD?
