Which DAC measurements do you like to see next?

I'd like to see the Evolve II-4K HDMI v2.0 / 7.1 Channel DAC measured, all 8 channels. It seems to be one of the cheapest ways you can get line-level 7.1ch audio from a computer or other HDMI device out there - the competition being very expensive $5000+ pre-amp AVRs that don't perform too well when put through the AP.

I have the one from Meizu but I live in Asia.
If no one send it to test, I can send mine.

Meizu is mostly unknown there, but they make good smartphones. Their Pro 5 competed well against LG V30, at least in the audio quality department. Their latest flagship phone is positioned against Huawei P30Pro, it says something. Meizu Pro 7 has on-board CS43130 DAC, it means they have experience in this DAC/Headamp and audio quality products in general. I do seriously consider ordering Meizu HiFi dongle instead of Musiland MU2s.

I would like to see one day the measurement of the DAC of some famous old CD Player, let's say Phillips CD 723 or Marantz CD 6003, just to know how capable those machines, so popular, were. It would also be nice to have a measurement of their coaxial out.

the ibasso DC02 is pretty interesting considering their advertised power is very high for just a USB dongle (900mw for 32Ω)

The Fiio K5 Pro and Aune X1s 2020 edition are also very interesting in this 150-200 DAC/AMP combo territory!

Aune has an AP and they already do rudimentary dashboard for each product:

Aune X8 averaged -101.95dB THD+N or 0.000798% distortion. Sabre IMD HUMP
Aune X1S Pro averaged -105.135dB THD+N or 0.000553% distortion. Sabre IMD HUMP

Some more:
Aune S6 Pro averaged -107.551dB THD+N or 0.000419% distortion. AKM, no hump
Aune X1S averaged 0,000279% distortion, cheapest and best so far but, Sabre IMD HUMP

Aune X8 uses ES9038Q2M. No Aune product uses FPGA so far. Anyway, there's no reason an FPGA would do any better.
Chord Mojo FPGA DAC was not stellar performing and outclassed by Topping D50s, DX3...
Chord Qutest FPGA DAC is very good, but ridiculous price. And not even balanced at that...

It is an Altera chip quite popular for clock recovery and re-clocking, for improved jitter performance.
It has no DAC functionalities

You're right, it is, with ES9038Q2M. Note the SINAD published is inferior to Sabre-based only Aune X1S.

If Sabre, then I don't care anymore.
