I can’t seem to find specific information on which DAC is being used in the Hegel H150 integrated amplifier

Yeah that’s apparently what everyone is saying when it comes to Hegel, don’t understand the secrecy around the Hegel DAC compared to other brands, I think it’s fair to know what’s in the box I am buying. Also the link you provided is for H95, my topic is for H150

Many years ago the high-end rags touted Hegel as a no-snake-oil, engineering-focused company. Our host's measurements instantly disabused us of that misconception.

If you are more of a high-end person and care about fit and finish, Hegel gear is awfully expensive for how it looks.

It is thus very difficult for me to see any value in what the company offers.
