my nr696 av amp has issue to calculate room correction for active speaker genelec 8010a and subwoofer ns sw200
first issue is the result of room correction which set the crossover of front speaker 8010a t0 50hz
which is very weird because compared with anthem av amp room correction for these 2.1 setup, which set crossover to 110hz for front speaker
beside i can hear clear loud enough deep bass from subwoofer when 2.1 hook up to anthem
but it is difficult to hear deep bass from subwoofer when 2.1 hook up to nr696

is there any good room correction av receiver work like anthem but with cheaper price, and i don't care about the internal power amp section of avr. i only connect a active front speaker to avr with xlr to rca adapter to pre front out of receiver

Maybe Onkyo RZ30:

Denon x3800H or smaller models of that series. Audyssey XT32 is pretty good. Or make sure Dirac ART option is on board. But that is not free.

Both your subwoofer and satellite speakers have internal Amps, so buying a receiver is counterproductive since you'd be paying extra for amplifiers that you cannot use.

Not sure what "nasty cheap" means to you personally, but if I had to build a 2.1 setup with Genelec 8010A and an NS-SW200 sub, then I'd buy one of these:

miniDSP 2x4HD / DDRC24
WiiM Ultra
Audient Oria Mini

You don't need XLR outputs for the 8010A. With the right adapter cables, you'll get the same performance as with native XLR output (internal cable wiring matters here):

And don't forget a UMIK-1 for proper setup/calibration.

The Monoprice "pseudo balanced" interconnects are much cheaper, a few reported to buckeye they hummed but it never happened to me. I would try those first and you get 30-day free return if buy from Amazon. If it did hum, it should be a matter of cutting off one connection and it would be wired exactly as recommended by Hypex. If money no object then sure pay more and get them from buckeye.

can i ask
i compared my two identical 2.1 speaker setup,i noticed the cheaper one has clearer and loud enough than the expensive one
cheap one: nr696,8010a,ns sw200 listening postion from left speaker : 0.8m
expensive one:jbl 4309,mk v12+ mrx740 listening postion from left speaker :1.7m
i play bluray movie contains dts hd ma 7.1 the thirteenth floor bdmv from oppo 203 player with audio bitstream output
to nr696 and mrx740

the dialogue voice with main movie background theme on mrx740 is difficult to hear dialogue sound, even i turn the master volume to very high volume, the dialogue still not strong enough, but the main background theme is huge loud in this situation

on nr696 i set it to normal volume, both background theme and dialogue is loud clear enough
can i ask why happen like these

in the future i will replace three jbl control 28 il and hope it can fix the dialogue issue, maybe 3.1 has better clear dialogue sound than 2.1

lastly,i have a question about av receiver built in room correction and internal room correction of active dsp subwoofer
my mrx740 can run arc room cal on floor speaker and subwoofer with subwoofer phase calculate, delay, crossover ,this receiver can process subwoofer correction on analog subwoofer

but my subwoofer is dsp subwoofer mk v12+,it built in auto eq room correction
in first time setup my 2.1 speaker and subwoofer,do i need to run auto eq on mk v12+?
after finished autoeq the data will upload to subwoofer,do i need to enable auto eq option to apply the calculated subwoofer eq data?
to begin the room arc correction on mrx740,to disable auto eq for raw data calculate v12+ to mrx740 or running arc correction while auto eq enabled?

the google ai said it will caused double correction if you run correction on receiver to calculate the subwoofer with already calculated subwoofer data signal?
