Which amplifiers have awesome-feeling volume knobs?

Had one of these pre/tuner tubed McIntosh units. Had one of those weighted volume knobs. Same for the tuning knob. That nice tactile feel.

My preference is something stepped with definite levels. I made one of those once that had great feel. It wasn't terribly stiff, was silky as it bumped from one step to the next. It used a 36 position pure silver contact switch. I purchased the switches at a Ham show near the Redstone Arsenal. So probably some gov't surplus gear used those.
