Where to download Equalizer APO?

I'm not sure if https://equalizerapo.com/ is the official website or just a scam. We also have SourceForge, https://sourceforge.net/projects/equalizerapo/ . From where should I download the program?

Is there any other difference rather than the UI? All I am going to do is to apply one specific EQ from https://raw.githubusercontent.com/pierreaubert/spinorama/develop/datas/eq/Edifier MR4/iir-autoeq.txt and update it every 2 months or so. I won't be making changes every day or anything. Do you still recommend Peace in that case? I used EQ APO for a pretty long time and never had any issue and it was practical.

I don't recommend Peace in that case. I also chose the stock GUI over Peace.

Even basic things like being able to toggle the EQ on/off while the preamp stays active, makes it worth it for me.

With Peace, you can only toggle the entire effects chain on/off, making it impossible to A/B EQ vs no EQ properly.

That's the only thing I use when I am switching from speakers to headphones for an example. It doesn't even take 3 seconds.

so someone basicly offers an open source software from others in order to generate add-revenue? is this covered by the license?
