Check out the last line. The darn thing is not oil from snake!!!

In the health scam industry, there have been instances off leaving out the expensive “active” ingredient as the manufacturer knows its placebo anyway and only adds cost , or in some cases also add undisclosed ingredients that have a medical effect , beware

I think the stuff is pretty potent. I'd just do a shot first and see how much effect it has. Then adjust the dose as required...as required.
