The last in the row (the blurry green thing) is the vegetarian one with fried italian pepper (pimientos fritos) instead of jamón, for my mother-in-law.
I like your mother-in-law.

Shrimp, cherry tomatoes, corn, garlic, crushed red pepper, lemon juice, vermouth, butter, olive oil and farfalle/penne. Good stuff.

Cheddar cod at Ikea. Not bad, but maybe not as inexpensive as it used to be (in the USA) @ $15+ with fountain drink and a slice of cake. But considering that I just spent $50 on so-so sushi for lunch, this is the current reality.

That's why we all are asking for the best non-stick pans. Joking aside, I regularly find that I can cook better than what I get served. Not because I'm such a great cook, but because my ingredients are fresh and good quality(*). And the pans I use are easy to get great results with.

(*)That btw is also the reason prepared food in Italy, Greece, Spain and any country surrounding the Mediterranean, tastes better.

Some types of sushi are easy to prepare at home, but nigiri sushi might be a pain in the butt if you're looking at a variety of fresh ingredients in tiny quantities.

A pizza in a Skillet?? This is new to me. Really nice!
Yeap! When you cook it correctly you get a very nice light crispy bottom, reminds me of deep dish pizza crust on the bottom. Wish I had some better pics, these were the only ones I could find right now from over 10+ years ago... we make our own sauce too & yes I'm Italian :)
