What Speakers Would You Like Amir To Measure Next?

I also think it's a shame that so few models from this really large and high-volume manufacturer have been properly measured so far.
I really like the B&W 607 S3 in oak/white. One of the most beautiful loudspeakers ever, imho.
Maybe, after you have "pulled the trigger" ;) you can send your copy on a trip for a while so that Amir or Erin can measure it!
Many forum members would be very interested in the results and equalization suggestions!

I wish. But sadly I am on a totally different side of the planet so that won't be possible.

I have the Elac Debut 2.0 B5.2 and do the equalization with roon. Most of the time I use my larger Bookshelf Speakers: HobbyHifi WaveMon 182/22 - which are DIY Speakers for round about $ 1,000 / pair.
I am pretty sure, that the 3.0 DF 62 isn’t a huge leap forward in comparison with the DBR 6.2.
The best sound / price ratio you will get if you buy a nice active subwoofer for the DBR 6.2. Also more flexibility for Room positioning / Modes / less or more bass etc.
Subwoofer recommendations?

Not sure it'd be possible, but something big would be cool - a PMC MB3, or something around that size. Lately it's been bookshelves and stand mount monitors, and that's about it, from all objective reviewers.

Subwoofer recommendations?
In this forum everybody loves Rythmic audio subwoofers, because they are sensor controlled and not too expensive (direct from factory): https://www.audiosciencereview.com/...o-subwoofers-actually-lower-distortion.11216/
I guess Rythmic audio is best „bang for the buck“: https://www.rythmikaudio.com/
or

But also the Elac subwoofers are nice and will optically fit perfect with Elac speakers…..

It is more important to find the right level and the right crossover frequency (better not to loud, better a very low crossover frequency!) and perhaps adding a bit of room correction than choosing the right brand.
As larger the subwoofer, as larger the „oooooomph“. Two woofers better than one etc…..

I myself use a pair of self build open baffle subwoofer, as Linkwitz has suggested it:

It sounds much „faster“ than any closed box or Bassreflex Woofer. But it is not something like that Dolby Atmos stuff with 14 Hz and 110 dB and so on. More Audiophile stuff that reaches only down to 25 Hz. But that he can do EXTREMELY good…..

Okay…I bought an Elac SUB1225 subwoofer and it really woke up my Elac DBR62 speakers. Think I’ll sell my Klipsch kg4.2’s as I’m really happy with the Elac setup. I had decided to buy a pair of Q Acoustics 5040 speakers but I think I’ll wait now.

Q Acoustics 5040 - nice speaker. Good sensitivity! It is designed by Karl-Heinz Fink, a man who knows exactly what he is doing!
Put its back at least 22 inches from the wall (Erin’s suggestion!).
And: you need a good bit of equalization to let it sound REALLY good. And it will also benefit from an equalizer…..

SoundLab 745 and Manepan 3.7i.
Don´t expect much more than this from the Magnepan 3.7i:

I know that won't happen, but the Cabasse The Pearl Pelegrina. 3400W RMS X 2. You've read well. 137 dB. They go down to 10Hz. Yes. Oh and 30 000€ of course.

Any speakers. I see a dac/amp review and I usually skip. Speakers are far more interesting but the amount reviewed here seems to have decreased in frequency.

It has indeed. They take so much more time to test than electronics so I have been spending more of my time on the latter. But getting back to it. Just post one and another is measured and waiting for listening test. A few more are waiting behind those....

Perhaps with Erin? A Klippel Measurement would be soooooo nice. Especially because Cabasse has been known for his legendary A/B comparisons with live music (chamber music and piano solo) since the late 50s. Simply a legend - just like Western Electric in America since the late 1920s or Altec Lansing since 1941.
Cabasse was a typical "Musicians-Speaker" all the time - since it was founded in 1950. French Legend.

??? He has €30K to buy and test them?
Perhaps not, but he knows one or two nice dealers, who can borrow him also $ 78.000 speakers (of course with the o.k. of the manufacturer)!
I have no idea, how he managed it, to put the speaker on the measurement table, but he does some bodybuilding Exercises..... ;)

He also managed to organize the $ 30.000 / pair Kef Blade 2 Meta (also provided by a dealer - with the o.k. from KEF!) - for him, both objectively (Spinorama.org data) and subjectively, the best speaker he has ever had has come under.

You absolutely have to do this with the KEF Blade 1 Meta ;)

This means you need a lot of gardening to continue building muscle! :)

Speaking of Cabasse, the Rialto would be nice.

Active
Coaxial
with rear firing woofer

Coax is a wild one too, it seems like it pointing outwards. That should do interesting things to directivity.
