What speakers do you currently own?

Main listening room: Martin Logan ReQuest speakers (repaneled 2026)
Upstairs office: a/d/s L-1590's
Computer speakers: Kef Reference 102's
Retired and awaiting experimentation: Kef 104/2's
Retired for the moment: Martin Logan Sequel II's (repaneled 2008)
I currently have Sequel and have been considering the Quest but looking at repanel prices ~$1400, I'm thinking that just keeping mine and repaneling. 28 yo Quest panels is a bit chancy. I would like to hear about your repanel experiences i.e., what started failing etc and any issues with crossovers / woofer etc. DM me .. Thanks

Living Room/Theater Space: Definitive Technology Mythos STS (with hybrid Sonos system)
This setup is kind of special for a few reasons;

1) I got the towers for $22 off Goodwill. Their integrated sub amps were shot, but I ended up ripping them out and running terminals out to power the subs with external sub amps (pair of Fosi TP02). This solution has exceeded my wildest expectations. Driven by a $40 Onkyo TX-8050 (another Goodwill find) for music listening through a Sony bluray player cd transport and Wiim Pro streamer.

2) These towers are also part of my wireless Sonos home theater system setup as front L/R surrounds through a 3rd party app accessing an unreleased beta feature in the Sonos API. They blend in beautifully with Arc Ultra and 2x Era 300 rears. The trickiest part with the Sonos integration was getting the audio signal to the sub amps as LFE/Sub out from the Sonos Connect Amp Gen 2 I was using is disabled when the amp is setup as fronts. I ended up learning all about line level converters, their limitations when used with class D amps, and eventually came to a solution with an AudioControl LCI1 which allows me to feed a constant load to the Sonos amp so it doesn’t go into protection when a line level converter is in the signal chain. The aforementioned Mythos towers subs in the system are so effective in this setup for music and theater that I ended up removing the dual Sonos Subs I had been using (at least for now).

Office:
4.1.2 Atmos system built with 4x Energy RC10 and 2 Energy RC Micro with a Mirage BP150 dual 8” sub. This is driven by a Denon s940h for atmos and with a Topping DX5 II for 2 channel listening.

Second Office / Play Room:
Pair of self DIY’d Pioneer Affordable Accuracy Monitors driven by a Fosi BT30D Pro connected to a Wiim Pro Plus. This is the room the turntable is in (Audio Technica LP120) and going through the higher quality Wiim is how I get vinyl playback to the other rooms.

Master Bed
I have a pair of Sonos Play:5 Gen 2s recently moved in here from the second office, but the more interesting speaker is a single Dynaco A35 (Goodwill, $25) connected to a hacked Ikea Symfonisk bookshelf speaker, making for a nice sounding and neat mono speaker.

Outside of these I also have a pair of Epos Epic 2 which the Mythos towers replaced in the living room. I may replace the play:5s with them… maybe? I like them but I’ve genuinely run out of spaces where I could leverage them best. So they sit in my office unused for the time being.
