What headphone(s) do you own ?

HifiMan Arya Stealth (in past Ananda Stealth)
Focal Lensys Pro - all round carry on headphones.
TRN jaws\KZ Zenith.
All to the iBasso DX180 or Topping DX5 2

Superlux HD 660 Pro 150 Ohm (These can sound surprisingly good with EQ. I had to put in some work though, most measurements did not suit my experience. They are a bit damaged though so they usually stay in my closet.)

Do you still have the measurements?

Too many to list, but ultimate pleasure belongs to the Senn HD800S! In fact its the best transducer I have ever had the pleasure of listening to. Dont use them all the time but, everything else is prob a compromise :)

The measurements which helped me personally the best were the ones from Filk:

I tested Oratorys measurements first (the ones @zonk just linked), but I still had way too much around 9-11k.
That said, I know by now from many other headphones that my ears seem to be unusually sensitive in that region or whatever.

For me the measurement of Filk looks smoothed.

*7hZ Crinacle Zero 2 - outstanding performance for absurdly low price.
*Truthear Crinacle Red - I like these IEMs, but given the low price of the Zero 2s the extra cost didn't quite match performance.
*Sennheiser HD700 - Dislike the silly design, and I find a good source is important because these cans show up a great deal more detail than their stablemates, the '650s
*Sennheiser HD650 - monstrous clamping force defeats a genial and forgiving sound.

I absolutely love my Grado SR225e's. All things considered, they are splendid.

Currently have:

Sennheiser HD650
Sony MDR-7506
Koss Porta Pro
7hz Zero 2
Truthear Zero Red
Shure SE215

Previously owned:

Koss KSC75 with headband mod (wore out)
Koss KSC35 (wore out)
Sony MDR-v6 (gave away)
Sony MDR-v700 (sold)
Grado SR125 (broke after modding)
Shure e2c (dead cable x2)
Shure scl3 (dead cable)

I own Stax SR-009s driven by (in order of preference) either Hi-Amp Antares, SRD7 Mk2 or KGSSHV. It’s shockingly amazing how good the SRD7 transformer box performs on a good Class D amplifier

Sennheiser HD 800S with a Qudelix T71 and Sennheiser IE 900 with a Qudelix 5K, both using Oratory1990 eq profiles.

I've gone through a lot of gear that ranged from audiofool territory to more reasonable choices, but this might be the end of the line because I can't see sound quality, comfort, and convenience all improving in any meaningful way. Only thing I could maybe see happening is getting an RME ADI DAC or JDS Labs Element IV as a desktop dac/amp with onboard eq.

Dan Clark ÆON 2 Noire
Grado SR325x

Absolutely love the DC ÆON 2 for work/leisure. The Grado are for rockin' out.
