the towering inferno minus the rubbish re-recording mixers atmos upmixing as they have no clue , leave the soundtrack as the original with directional dialog effects , just needs better transfer i mean a legit transfer no fake digital grain effect addedI agree about the sound on this one -- even played back as Dolby TrueHD in my system, the mix was just empty. And the bass response definitely could have been better.
Picture was jaw-dropping, though; never saw this film look this good.
Waiting for the eventual release of Towering Inferno.
If done correctly, a remix could be great...unfortunately, I haven't experienced one older film with a surround remix that wasn't empty or hollow-sounding, with oddly-placed foley effects and weird surround cues.the towering inferno minus the rubbish re-recording mixers atmos upmixing as they have no clue , leave the soundtrack as the original with directional dialog effects , just needs better transfer i mean a legit transfer no fake digital grain effect added
