What budget speakers you like to see reviewed?

I want to second the Chesky LC-1 Bookshelf Monitor. The designer's pedigree is just too interesting to overlook: 3D Audio and Applied Acoustics (3D3A) Laboratory experience, actually playing instruments, and listening to his dad's recordings all his life...

Also, the Ascend Sierra LX and the, reportedly (
) newly revised Philharmonic BMR monitor.

M-Audio Forty Sixty pretty please?

These look so pretty, which is often neglected in studio monitors. And they could be amazing, if we assume some improvements over the older M-Audio BX D3 series.

Also, Monkey Banana Gibbon 5 have been available for a long time, but I found no reliable reviews, only very polarized anecdotes.

I am asking amirm for independent measurements and reviews of Adam Audio D3V. In the US you have a cheaper and good Kali LP-UNF desktop speaker, than in Europe. Now it's time for a cheap and good European laptop speaker for 300 € :)

I put it in the non-budget speaker thread given the price. It's a size class below the LP-UNF - like comparing 8010 and 8020. There aren't many good options that small.

It only makes sense to review speakers which are readily available on the new retail market. Otherwise it's just a pet project.

Not really, It's nice to have information on good to very good speakers that can be picked up on the used market (many are better than what is available now, for less money). Even some "vintage" ones.

Aside from the fact that the colors don't fit my décor, it does look pretty good.
I, too, wonder what it measures like.
Perhaps in a second or 3rd system.

No, I'm ready to move along....unlike many here.
