I have always thought of Cream as The Jack Bruce Band.

1969 compilation. I can't get over the recording quality released for the genre and time. It is more like the sound quality on Jazz records of the time, even better. The music is great. Peter Green had much better tone, feel and versatility than EC IMO.

My CD is a Columbia Rewind issue.

Kamasi Washington. The studio recording sounds so much better than YouTube.

About Sid,

What has really changed for those where the treatment is worse than the condition, and societies judgements are so ignorant and heavy.

Not usually a fan of his post Nivana stuff, but caught this on the radio the other day and liked it.
The song starts at about 10 mins in, and is 22 mins long.

My current choice is a bit more chill...
Wilsen - I Go Missing in My Sleep (2017)
It's calm, poetic folk with electronic and post-rock touches that might appeal to, say, those who like Suzanne Vega. Quite nocturnal and probably best played at no more than medium volume. A good one for an insomnia playlist.
I'm off to listen to more of this, thanks.
