Me too -- been a huge fan of old school stuff since the so-called "Golden Age" (mid-80s) and I listened to it in high school. Constantly building my vinyl LP collection of classic albums, though I already had a lot when I bought them back in the day as they were released.

I see you're from Maryland...I'm originally from New York, so I grew up around the ground zero of where a lot of this music originated. The "drill rap" garbage of today is, IMO, just that -- complete garbage that doesn't hold a candle to Audio Two, Eric B & Rakim, EPMD, Public Enemy, Doug E Fresh, Third Bass, et al.
