Amy blew me away when I first saw her. But not like Raye - you are spot on, she is incredible. But Raye herself! Some say she reminds them of Amy Winehouse, but to me similarities are superficial. Raye is incredible, for lack of better words.

Long live physical media!
It'll never die here with my large optical disc collection and with the great measuring and sounding inexpensive gear that's available these days. Since getting the Topping D70 Pro Sabre & SMSL PL200T I swear I've had more fun listening to music than I have in 40 years. I absolutely love the looks, build, and sound of these pieces, and the coolness factor is off the charts with the VU or spectrum analyzer display on the Topping, and the top loading transport. I've always wanted one of those, and I love the physical interaction aspect of having to get up and change discs and the ability to see the disc spinning.
Life is good!
TGIF!!

100-percent the same, Rick -- only LPs, CDs (some tuner for jazz), DVDs, Blu-rays and 4Ks for us here, as well. No streaming or digital downloads.I'm the same with movies, as I have a large DVD/Blu-Ray, 4K UHD disc collection and zero desire to stream anything that's compressed.
Incidentally, what part of upper NY are you in? I'm originally from Nassau County...I'm the same with movies, as I have a large DVD/Blu-Ray, 4K UHD disc collection and zero desire to stream anything that's compressed.

Cool; yeah, I miss NY (even though I was much further south than you, on the Island) but we simply can't afford to move back there.I'm in Upstate (Corning). Been there since I was 3 in '66 so I consider it my hometown.
As you've probably seen, I have been posting some in your movie thread, and will be doing more so for awhile since I watch a lot more movies in the winter time when there is no baseball.
