What are we listening to right now..

I just found Chris Cornell’s live acoustic album “Songbook” on Qobuz. Just him and a guitar. His voice is phenomenal on this one.

A blast from the past ...

Keep on listening

I recorded a concert of a very nervous pianist performing this work—Schubert, Piano Sonata in C minor, D 958—where I was dazzled by this music, but for some reason didn't manage to find a copy. Just a couple of years ago I rediscovered this work. Today, volunteering at the library for our Books, CDs and DVDs sales, I ran across Sviatoslav Richter's studio recording of the work, my favorite so far, on one of the BBC Magazine's free CDs:

Love the Blue Vinyl--- Foreplay/Longtime is my most listened to song. Kind of wakes me up.
Thanks!

Yeah, it definitely looks cool; had an original orange label Epic pressing but it was in terrible shape (I kept it for posterity). The Walmart pressing is surprisingly quiet (not dead quiet) and sounds surprisingly rich (of course, this isn't an audiophile experience, but it was a good replacement for my original).

I actually am not too big of a fan of "Foreplay/Long Time," but I know many folks are; my favorite tracks on here are "Peace of Mind" and "Something About You." I also love "Don't Look Back," but that's from a different album, of course.

'' Parcels '' just released album ''LOVED'' !
Audiophile grade production, a treat for the ears, I love this band, good vibes all the way.

Playing the Piano Sonatas of Schubert.

You name a piano composition and it's probably in this box.
Great performances also. :p
