I just saw a performance by Laraaji and Sam Prekop. Prekop of Sea and Cake has drifted into the analog synth world. Laraaji is an ambient acoustic instrument performer adding electronics. Laraaji has an association with Brian Eno. For this performance, Laraaji used zithers which have a resemblance to a harp, no doubt with tuning challenges. Laraaji also incorporated an eBow at times. It was all in a wood church used sometimes for commercial concerts. I have met Laraaji after a performance, excellent, humble person, in the Afro-futurist ambient style.

KEXP and Tiny Desk Concerts are a great source for small recordings with video. This one shows use of the eBow. Here is Laraaji on KEXP.
