This is for voiceover. I've tried their semi-open K 240s and loved how comfortable they were so hoping the rest of their products are even nearly as comfortable, I know it is hard with closed headphones
But I need the closed ones to sound neutral so I can record and also edit/process with them. Suggestions?

AKG K553 headphones might be something for you to check out.

ty!! I had looked at that but ultimately was too antsy to spend that much given how headphones tend to fail after years, so I ended up going with Audio-Technica ATH-M40x. Hope they are anywhere as comfy as the K240...

AKG K371 is probably something to consider.
Seconded. The AKG K371 is one of the few headphones designed to the Harman target that doesn't require EQ. It's a steal at the price. The higher end models are not better.
