what are the best IEM in the world?

hi team i wonder, what are the best IEM in the world? i plan to upgrade my MARSHALL Mode EQ headphones. with reference class.

no such thing as best in the world - iem sound quality is entirely subjective, considering your current iems I would get something like the truther red.

Unless you are foolish enough to correlate price with quality, in that case spend $6000 on something like the subtonic storm, or $17,000 on the Brise Fugako, I'd like the opportunity to hear/listen to them but buy them?, nah......

Realistically there aren't any definitive best IEMs. So many IEM's these days perform so well that you are really only getting minor differences in sound; it comes down to comfort and perceived psychoacoustic differences. Since these vary from person-to-person you can only really get the best IEM for you.

I don't know what the best IEMs are.
But recently I auditioned several IEMs that fit my budget ($1500).
Of course, there are IEMs with great sound that are everyone's favorites.
But almost all of them don't fit my small ears.
Finally, I ordered the 64 Audio A4s, the custom fit version of the U4s.
Some might say, why buy expensive IEMs when you can just buy cheap ones and EQ them?
But that’s also subjective, isn’t it?
So I bought the best IEMs for me.

They sound great and are super cheap, and the material quality is nothing fancy but good given the price. That all being said, they don’t fit my ear shape very well—the enclosure that is—the tips fit fine into my ear canals.

To say that cheap IEMs need EQ is simply not true. It's true that almost every IEM can still be improved by EQ. And we have seen here in many IEM reviews that there is no correlation between price and sound quality.

Frequency response of the Tangzu Wan'er. It's a 20 $/€ IEM. And there are several IEMs in the 20-30$/€ price range that I would rate higher than the Tangzu Wan'er.
The 64 Audio U4s has a hole at 3kHz, almost same hole that was measured by Amir in the 64 Audio U12t review.

everyone kind of seems to agree that the fugaku is just blatantly overpriced whereas the storm seems to be the go-to "endgame" in nearly all aspects of sound quality for an iem. A cheaper combo that'll give a similar experience would be the U12T for detail and IE900 for bass, based on reviews and stuff from some good reviewers at least.
