Hey! im looking for a second hand amp to pair with my recently bought Denon sc-e313.
While i was browsing some websites for local offerings i came across this (attachment).

I came here for help since i have no idea what it is nor can i find any useful info about it. It does clearly say audio-phase on it, but there is only one very high-level brand with that name and they dont seem to produce amps (at least not on sale rn).

So yeah, if anyone has any more info on this thing id really appreciate the help!

It could be a rebadged Technics...

Whatever it is, it is probably 40 years old (or more).

I am very much thinking of it being rebadged too. I admittedly dont understand the internals. Looking at this image, is there anything that looks blatantly wrong to you? the model im looking at appears to be fully functional, but there is no image of the internals

Looks old. I'd buy something new.

Nothing looks "wrong" in the design for the vintage of the device.

Discrete parts (no integrated circuits), a lot of wiring to connect things together.

Given its age, I assume it needs an overhaul, replacing capacitors, checking soldering points and potentiometers, etc.

thank you! i ended up on a (basically new) Onkyo a803 for the same price. Seemed like the wiser choice, as you all were suggesting.

I appreciate the help :)
