Weird ground loop issue.

Without a good grounding, nothing will solve it. A good grounding is essential in any electric system and the lack of it is straight dangerous. I don't know what your local building codes say on that, but in Belgium the lack of good grounding of an electric system is enough to make a house uninhabital so the owner may not rent it out or even live in it.

Likely so. I don't know what they were thinking with the F Two, basically its I/O options are backwards.
In fact I just took a look at its backside on the photo and missed the inputs, I didn’t see well that were 2 RCA inputs and 2 XLR outputs.

Or perhaps my brain couldn’t believe that anomaly and processed wrongly the image :D

Anyway I will go to the 7050 that is cheaper and goes lower and higher than F Two. And without measurements presumably more accurate being dedicated to professional use… didn’t found F Two reviews.

The connection to Planet Earth has nothing to do with day-to-day AC power quality.
Of concern is the Safety Ground/Protective Earth system connections to the building Neutral and the audio components metal chassis's.

I think in ASR its secondary function takes more importance that safety ones… :)

After buying a new power strip the buzzz is gone, now sounds ok.

Is surprising how the speakers improve with a sub, even in ranges that are not delivered to the sub.

Is my first experience with subwoofers, I don’t understand how can over 100 Hz range sound better in the monitors given that the sub is only leaving them under 85 Hz

less stress on the woofer of the monitor, because it does not have to try to give sub. And your ground on the powerstrip was probally broken.

Thanks, it’s quite reasonable as it was old and hit many times.

Nice to hear that effect, was unexpected as I was only attentive to the low end in just some tracks.

I will definitely go to the 7050C as I prefer ensuring balanced connections because plenty of electronics at home and better quality of the sub.
