1959 Presidential Caddy Limo. Rear view.

When the Soviet leader Khrushchev visited the US in 1959 VP Richard Nixon met him at the airport. Khrushchev pointed at the tail fins on the Limo thinking they might fire small missiles or something, and asked Nixon, "what do those do?" Nixon obvlivious to what was on the Soviet leader's mind, replied, "those....those sell Cadillacs."

Most of Khruschchev's trip in the US was in another limo with rather large tail fins. 1958 Imperial Limo.

Looks like it went on that tour Madonna did.
I believe that's correct. My dad owned a '56 and a later model, maybe a '61 or something like that.

Sorry, it's blurry. Never cross the street in front of anything which looks like this. It's a customized '59 Caddy.
You might be ok of you make sure you're carrying a radar reflector - assuming its collision avoidance radar is still working behind the pointy radomes.
Edit: it was a concept car from Cadillac, which isn't what I'd normally think of as customized. Searching for Cadillac Cyclone will get you loads more detail and better pics.

The background looks like the Cadillac Ranch, an outdoor sculpture made from half buried Cadillac's in West Texas near Amarillo on I-40. In that area almost everyone is armed. I hope that answers your question.

My reaction is because it was like hiding a torpedo on each side.
I never came across it before.

Steam punk style. It has 3 wheels, which puts it in the gray zone.

I'd say that was firmly in the "motorcycle and side car" zone. :)

On a three wheels car, you can't remove part of it and have motorcycle left over.

Lots of three wheelers have two rear driven wheels on a single axel. It isn't possible to remove part and have a vehicle held up by gyroscopic force that leans into turns. It's a sensation like no other.

Then there's the select group of tilting/leaning 3 wheelers, and the even more select group of 4 wheelers.

Chrysler made a prototype called a Dodge Tomahawk. 4 wheel motorcycle with leaning wheels powered by a Viper V10 engine. I guess if you ride something that crazy why bother with proper footwear, pants or helmet right? This looks like something right up @Sal1950 alley. :) See the palm trees in the 2nd picture. Do 4 wheels make it a car?

I think part of weirdness is vehicles which mess with the definitions. I've always wondered about the Tomahawk with it's 4 wheels. Personally, I think if it has 3 wheels it fits in a gray zone although in the US it's registered as a motorcycle no matter how car like it is. I don't know where the Tomahawk fits. Are thrust powered vehicles really cars? There's no point in arguing about definitions. The purpose of this thread is entertainment and not the advancement of knowledge. If you want knowledge read some of our host's reviews.

There might be another photo similar to this in the thread, but I don't have the effort in me to look for it.

@mhardy6647 thank you for finding that image. The white one is even weirder than the red Vette. Sorry if it is too hard to un-see.
