Wbc speaker cable from a european store or something different

I wanted to try canare ofc cable but when i had already spend more than 100 euros on cable it's budget cable im gonna try, so i have something to compare to what i use atm

As mentioned the qed xt25 is just more clear open then micca

audiophonics has 4S6G for 2.71 euros and 4S11G for 8.85 euro pr meter. Nothing inbetween

Long burn in time (im only quoting) and ofc cable is better than the non ofc cable. I bought the 4S6G

In my case under 40 euros for 9 meter cable and plugs. 9 meters since i have enough legth if i need to cut a few inches i still have 4 meter to each speaker

google say 17awg for the 2 cables put together as one (single wire) and 4 ohm it says 6 meters or 18 awg 16 feet and 16awg 24 feet in 4 ohm

There is no hard cut-off. There are general guidelines and diminishing returns.

It's not just about power loss. Speaker impedance isn't constant over the audio range. For example, if you had 8-Ohms of wire resistance into an 8-Ohm speaker the frequency response would be altered by quite a bit, depending on how "flat" the impedance is. Plus you'd lose 75% of the power... Double the total impedance is half-power, and half of THAT power goes to the speaker and half to the wires.

The series impedance of the speaker cable if not insignificant ( what all these tables tries to simplify with rules of thumb ) can modify the frequency response of your speakers a little , how depends on the impedance curve of the speakers.

Resistance is the dominant factor for speakers, so thick and short is the way once that is achieved they truly dissapear and are not a factor in sound quality anymore

When folks ignore facts and operate off feelings and faith its actually a religion at that point. I learned a long time ago never try to convince someone their religion is not legit
Yes And I am trying to put the stop the thread. No point in trying to respond to the questions when the OP does not appreciate or listen to the answers

Din 2 pin B&O standard in the old days

Got the cable but audiophonics failed to respond back when i asked if i could get a thicker cable

As usually im giving it a short review

Non ofc canare takes a longer time to burn in (not my opinion) than the ofc cable

Easy to strip, sounds more neutral and less bass heavy than qed xt25

Thanks for the rude comments and helpful advice

Be shure i will come back and get rude comments and helpful advice next time i feel like asking a hifi related question

Just FYI for you and others, also for future cable purchases.
All cables you can usually buy are OFC and OCC anyway; that's been the standard for over 20 years, even for cables from DIY stores.

And cables supposedly made of monocrystalline copper are a complete rip-off. All OCC cables (and that's pretty much all of them these days) are made of large-crystal copper.
Monocrystalline copper has only been experimentally produced in the lab in the range of milligrams to 1-2 grams for a few years, but some cable manufacturers have been advertising it for 30 years.

What is real silver cable ?

Played a few songs, those with bass actually sound really good, the highs migt not be as detailed as qed

4 ohm and 75% volume limit i think 17awg is okay
