"Warm" amp/dac for the HE400se

When you go to a club to listen to a performer, do you stop the performance and ask them to make their sound "warmer" or do you accept the performance just the way it is?

I went to go see that awful Jurassic Park sequel a few months back during the daytime and some grandparents brought their little kids who started freaking out from the dinosaurs and sound effects, The grandfather actually went to the usher and asked them to turn the volume down and lo and behold they did, the volume dropped 50% and the bass was absolutely killed too. I was so pissed I almost wanted to ask for my money back but I only paid $4 matinee which wasn't worth making a scene about.

Not sure I have a point here but someone has done it before!
