Hello everyone, I have a question regarding the Dac, I have a FIIO m17 which I use for everything, in the car, in my headphones and in my living room, I use it as a digital or analog source.
I was recently able to finish my living room which consists of the following.

Fiio M17 Digital Source
DAC wadia 321
2 MC611 amplifiers
2 JL Subwoofers
Speakers built by me with Satori WO24TX 9.5 Satori 6" MW16TX and Satori Satori TW29TXN

The sound is fantastic, I have had and listened to many excellent systems but I am in love with my current system.

I have done tests between both the wadia and the fiio as an analog source and although both sound very very good, the wadia focuses the instruments in a much easier way, in the fiio they are a little more diffuse, let's say that in conclusion there is a scenario More beautiful and wider sound in the wadia than in the fiio, I have measured the frequency response with both DACs and they measure exactly the same,
3 people have listened without saying which is which and their vote is for the wadia since it becomes more natural and the stage is bigger.

The question is, the fiio in specifications is more advanced than the wadia in terms of Crosstalk, SNR, THD+N etc... but however it cannot with the wadia 321 in terms of sound amplitude and focusing
If I wanted to improve the DAC, what would be the parameter that I would have to take into account? Or would I just have to listen to them and make a decision based on it?

Availability of room correction and DSP, although those could be digitally upstream of your present DAC. If music sounds good now, just enjoy.

The correction of the room has already been carried out, the study was carried out and aborvent diffusers and bass traps were built depending on the problematic frequencies.
The phasing of the speakers and subwoofer was carried out with JL's MAX equipment.
The EQ I am thinking of placing a BRAX processor between the wadia DAC and the MC 611 amplifiers, this DSP has infinite parametric EQ configurations and everything one can imagine but it stops me from doing everything that involves doing the test and finding that the same thing happens with the Fiio M17

And yes, thanks for the advice, I really enjoy the current system but I also enjoy the process of improving it more and more, although I recognize there is very little left.
