Verisonix Pro DJ Review (Hybrid Electrostatic Headphone)

Even 59$ is too much, just get two Superlux instead :)

Thanks Amir for providing this information so unsuspecting buyers can stay away from this product. Buyer beware is in full effect here!

Maybe some products should be avoided reviewing.

I think I would have spotted this was a high risk choice if looking to purchase.

Terrible headphone which just ends up as landfill. . .

I don't mean to dispute your findings but I own a Verisonix N100B and I'm happy with the sound quality. It offers something extra in terms of definition and detail.

There are also other online reviews of the N500 and those seem favorable. Maybe some are "bought" but I can't imagine Verisonix buying off the entire internet.

appears to be the same as the Sharkk Bravo

Measures quite similar to the Mitchell & Johnson JP1 DJ.

All these models appear to use the same drivers.

I can see people liking these headphones. They have a similar 'tone' to Meze 99, AKG K92 and AudioQuest NightHawk which also have quite a lot of fans.

The model I own is a Sharkk Bravo (a rebranded Verisonix N100B). The specs may suck but to my ears it has a quality of spaciousness, definition and realism that I've heard in few (if any) other headphones.

I use it not for music but for television, DVD, Blu-Rays and such. Music I almost exclusively listen with loudspeakers. The only headphones I use for music are with my portable digital audio player (Sandisk Sansa Clip Zip with RockBox software). They're KZ ATE in-ear monitors, which I bought dirt cheap ($15 or so) and have such a balanced sound that I still prefer them over much more expensive KZ models I own (like the stunning sounding AS-16).
