USB-x IEM cables

I'm considering replacing the stock Letshuoer S12 Ultra cable and dongle with an integrated solution. Not because of sound quality but because I want a more streamlined, minimal solution.
My question is, how much power do I need for 101dB / 16Ω with enough headroom to spare? I'm not sure about my actual listening levels are but I assume "moderate".

Depends entirely on the type of music you consume and how loud you listen - in other words: nobody can answer this but you.

The good news: all you need is a basic $10 multimeter and you can figure out your individual power requirements.

I did some comparisons to the included DT01 PRO dongle which specs an estimated ~25–30mW @ 32Ω. I rarely push it beyond 60% and it performs perfectly well.
The DD M110C specs 2x50mW @ 32 ohm so a higher baseline at least but neither specs output to 16Ω. With both being current limited devices, I assume with the DD I'd be safe.
