USB audio interfaces interest

I'd love to see a review of the Steinberg UR-RT2 or RT4 Audio interface, mainly because of the Rupert Neve Design transformers (RND) made by the actual Rupert Neve

With all of the problems with Windows 11 I kept having driver problems with my Scarlett 4th gen, dumped it and now have my 2nd UR22-C unit that has worked fine with no issues. I have been with Focusrite since Gen 1 as has my youngest son, Nick. I love my ISA One mic pre and will buy a second at years end. Not much support available from windows it seems. My end up a Linux user by years end, but I have to find audio software that works with it and a USB interface.

Audacity as recorder and editor, Ardour as DAW, mplayer and vlc for playback.

If you haven’t sold your Scarlett, there are Linux drivers available.

To add to LTig's recommendations, REAPER also works nicely under Linux (through WINE, but Justin Frankel goes out of his way to make it work nice with WINE).

Edit: I lied - REAPER on Linux is native, but Frankel still goes out of his way to keep the Windows build WINE-friendly (very useful for portable installs)
