Upgrade of the day: Shorter cables

Lesser capacitance of the shorter cable may have resulted in a bit less HF rolloff if the source impedance feeding it were sufficiently high.
But not with modern interconnect systems that have a low output stage impedance and a high input stage impedance.

A 3 ft. shorter cable always sounds better when you're covering your ears and repeating... "I do believe in spooks... I do believe in spooks..."
The OP has repeatedly chummed the waters in various posts with this sort of bait.... not getting enough attention elsewhere?

I was thrilled to realize I could use 3 foot instead of 6 foot RCA cables from pre-amp to amp. I just had to move things a little bit, and there's not much slack, but it's worth it for the sound. I heard a difference!
Undoubtedly improved PRAT.............

The OP has stated his opinion and see no further plan to provide more objective evidence.

So, it is done here.
