Unique immersive mix room in a commercial audio school

Blackbird Academy / Blackbird Studio is a commercial music school in Nashville, TN. I really don't know much about them. I would not recommend the field as a job unless you have exclusive access to a rising musician.

Their Studio C came across my feeds. I'm not sure what to make of the room. I guess they have excess wood in Tennessee, but how do you dust that room? They teach Sony 360 and Atmos mixing.
