I have one of these. Very comfortable in my opinion. I use it for video watching. I have one of these in my dedicated listening room. https://www.ikea.com/us/en/p/vedbo-high-back-armchair-gunnared-dark-gray-50424134/ Even more comfortable than the Ekenaset!

Appreciate this post. I am in the process of tweaking my soon to be semi-dedicated listing room and wanted to update the seating now on a budget while I look for fancier longer-term options.

Went with 2x Oskarshamn with ottomans, one for me and one for my wife for normal day-to-day usage. You were quite correct on the comfort! I also got 1 Ekenaset to have elsewhere in the room that I can swap with my Oskarshamn for critical listening without a headrest.

Glad it helped out!!! There are suitable alternatives out there.
